I think that this is part of the Temple of the Vestal Virgins. Just now it was starting to rain.

This is the Temple of Antonia. It became a Church at some point, but now it is not open to the public.

Ruins like this are all over. I think here we are looking towards the Church of Santa Maria in Antiquia in the Palatine Forum.

This three columns in the middle of the photo are certainly the remnants of the Temple of the Vestal Virgins. Keep that fire burning, ladies!
